I used EventBookings for a small event. Simple overall. But I ran into a ticket setup issue and had to reach out to support.

They did get back to me. The person was nice. Helpful enough. Just took longer than I thought it would. I had to send a follow-up too, which was a little annoying.
It got fixed in the end. So, not a bad experience. Just wish support was quicker. Easier to reach too.

It was mostly easy to use, and I was getting through it fine, actually, a few parts did trip me up more than I expected. Nothing too bad, but it felt a bit clunky here and there...

I tried setting up our event page, and while the tool worked fine overall, the customization options felt limited to me. I wanted the page to feel more like our brand, but I couldn’t really tweak enough of the design to get there. My impression is that it’s okay if you just need something simple, but if branding matters to you, it may feel a bit restrictive.

I started using EventBookings mainly because it seemed simple for taking payments, and to be fair, that part has worked fine. Buyers haven’t complained, setup wasn’t too painful, and the fees are laid out clearly enough. So on paper, it does what I needed it to do.

That said, I’m kind of second-guessing the choice because the payouts feel slower than I expected. I had to reach out just to understand when the money would actually come through, and while support did respond, it wasn’t exactly quick. It’s not a terrible platform, but I do wish I’d looked around a bit more before committing.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but the fees ended up being cheap. No weird surprises or extra charges, which was nice.

From what I remember, getting registered was really quick and setting up the tickets was painless. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and I don’t recall having any issues or feeling stressed about it
